Best soup EVER! The only problem I ever have is I normally shred in marble or cheddar cheese and depending on the temperature of the soup it goes stringy instead of melting in. Make sure it's HOT. SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

Easy Granola Bars

I love these granola bars! The only problem is that I find they dry out a little and then become crumbly instead of chewy. I don't think I'm overcooking them but I guess it's possible. It makes them harder to cut but still soooooo good!

Chewy Cocoa Brownies

These brownies are awesome! I've made them twice now and both times I've followed the recipe and they came out perfect. Make sure you take them out of the oven when they're still a little underdone because they will continue to cook in the pan when they're cooling. If you leave them to finish baking in the oven and then take them out they will dry out more and not be very chewy. This will definitely be my go to brownie recipe!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

This recipe was amazing! I would make the honey garlic sauce for any recipe it was so good! I followed the recipe to a T (although I forgot to measure the onion for the meatballs) and everything turned out really well. The only thing is the garlic wasn't very strong in the sauce so I would add more the next time I make it. Thanks for the recipe! Definitely a keeper!
