Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
Delicious!! I didn't try to change anything but I often do because I don't always measure all ingredients. Either way it turned out great!

Butterscotch Brownies II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
We loved these brownies. I followed what others said and used two eggs instead of three and instead of nuts I added chocolate chips. I have to have chocolate in my sweets!! I baked them for 30 minutes and they were just barely done. I find to keep them chewy instead of drying out they almost need to be slightly underdone. They were sweet so I didn't bother making the frosting. I don't think they need it. Fantastic and I will definitely be making again!

Mascarpone Substitute

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
I really like this recipe. I was able to find mascarpone in the store but it was something like $9 a tub so I decided to try this. I doubled the butter (which helped get rid of the tang from the cream cheese). I also added a little sugar and vanilla to add some sweetness and flavor. I pretty much just kept tasting it till it was what I was looking for. I used it for a cheesecake recipe and it was awesome. I've also since used it as a filling for stuffed french toast and it turned out delicious! I'll definitely make it again.

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2012
These biscuits are delicious! I used butter because I don't have any shortening and they tasted great. When they were done baking I also brushed the tops with some melted butter and parsley and then popped them back in the oven for 2 more minutes. Turned out great!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2012
Best soup EVER! The only problem I ever have is I normally shred in marble or cheddar cheese and depending on the temperature of the soup it goes stringy instead of melting in. Make sure it's HOT. SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
I love these granola bars! The only problem is that I find they dry out a little and then become crumbly instead of chewy. I don't think I'm overcooking them but I guess it's possible. It makes them harder to cut but still soooooo good!

Chewy Cocoa Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
These brownies are awesome! I've made them twice now and both times I've followed the recipe and they came out perfect. Make sure you take them out of the oven when they're still a little underdone because they will continue to cook in the pan when they're cooling. If you leave them to finish baking in the oven and then take them out they will dry out more and not be very chewy. This will definitely be my go to brownie recipe!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
This recipe was amazing! I would make the honey garlic sauce for any recipe it was so good! I followed the recipe to a T (although I forgot to measure the onion for the meatballs) and everything turned out really well. The only thing is the garlic wasn't very strong in the sauce so I would add more the next time I make it. Thanks for the recipe! Definitely a keeper!

I made no changes to the recipe and they turned out awesome. Really soft and fluffy (like brownies). I'll definately be using it again.
