I am a 30 year old mother and wife who spends her time at home taking care of 3 little girls ranging in age from 1 month old to 6 years. I am always juggling sports, homework, housework, and cooking everyday. I love every minute of it. My favorite things to cook are the good old stand by's. The things I grew up on and learned to cook from my dear sweet grandma!!! I love tradition, and keeping hers alive along with making sure my children can as well is very important to me. Although there is nothing more rewarding than trying something new and having it turn out fantastic, lol. My favorite tradition of all is making my grandmothers lasagna at christmas. While most people opt for the more traditional foods, our family goes italian, probably because we are, lol. Everytime I make something new that I have never made before I feel triumphant. You can never know too much about cooking, and I am always looking to learn more!!! So far the worst was burning a plastic spatula from setting it too close to the fire, lol. Not to shabby.
