Made with leftover chicken and one of the cans of soup was low sodium. Made without mushrooms--use mushrooms next time. Serve with green vegetable and crescent rolls. Without any sides, Mom, Gary and I finished entire casserole.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Easy to make--good flavor. I did not use an entire package of Italian dressing for 3 chicken breasts. Three chicken breasts would easily feed 3 to 4. Quadruple recipe for a crowd and serve with noodles, dinner rolls and a green vegetable or salad.

Split Pea and Ham Soup I

I used one ham bone, 2, 1# bags of peas and 8 cups of water. Use low-sodium chicken broth in place of some of the water. ...maybe instead of half of the water.
