Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
I found the 1/2 cup molasses too strong in taste with the first batch so I reduced it to 1/4 cup molasses and 1/4 cup golden syrup which turned out much better.

Basic Crepes
Great recipe. Followed other suggestions to add powdered sugar (icing sugar) to make sweet and crispy.

Banana Fritters
These were great. I make them exactly as the recipes stated and served with vanilla ice-cream. Yum!
