Tiramisu II
Wow! Dont be afraid to try this! I'm not a good cook and was afraid because I didnt know what mascarpone cheese was, let alone where to find it! In the end, it turned out AMAZING! Everyone loved it and said I will become famous for this recipe! I used the hard/cruchy lady fingers, so the only change I made was that I did have to double the coffee/rum recipe. Trust me and make this, it is good...and pretty easy if you're not a "cook" like myself!
