Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge
I love this! A friend of my mother's made fudge like this. I've never made real fudge before, just the chocolate chip/marshmallow kind. I followed the directions, but I was unprepared for how long it took to get to 238F. However, it turned out delicious! Now if only I can stop eating it...
