Shredded Barbeque Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2014
Wow! I was skeptical about this recipe thinking it was just too easy and there were not enough ingredients but my whole family thought it was DELICIOUS! I'm making it again for the second time in two weeks because we all liked it so much and it is so easy! I set my slow cooker on low the whole way through and only used about 1/2 of a very large sweet onion. Be sure to pick a great BBQ sauce and you'll love this easy recipe!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2012
Delicious!! I used granny smith apples so I added a bit of brown sugar to the apple mixture. I used just a tad less water than recommended and also doubled the oatmeal crunch mixture on top because that part is so yummy! It turned out perfectly! I will absolutely make this recipe again, thank you!!!!

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
Yum! I made some changes as advised by others. I sauteed 2 chicken breasts in a bit of olive oil and then cooked them completely in 1 cup chicken broth. Cut into bite sized pieces to add. I then used the remaning broth along with about a tbsp of butter to sautee the onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. I also used 1 cup of rice and 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I topped with cracker crumbs and garlic and cheddar croutons but preferred the cracker crumbs although my kids preferred the croutons. Great recipe! Thanks so much for posting!

DELICIOUS! My family now makes this breakfast casserole every Christmas! Like other reviewers, I also use Garlic and Cheddar Croutons. I also mix the cheese up according to what I have on hand, sharp or mild or both. I do the same with sausage, spicy, mild or both! It comes out great every time!!!

MY favorite shrimp marinade! I also use ketchup instead of tomato paste since 1 tablespoon out of an entire can would be such a waste. It's still awesome!!!!!! Highly recommend!
