Cranberry Salsa

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
This recipe is great! I use to buy Cranberry Salsa from the Elegant Farmer no need anymore. I made it the night before to serve the next day for Christmas Eve. I did add a half of green pepper and half red pepper and used half a large red onion instead of using green onions those were my only changes. It came out FANTASTIC! I served it with tortilla chips. I am going to make it again for New Years Eve!

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This was so good and makes a ton. The only changes I made were to use fresh parsley and I didn't use the mushrooms just don't like them. Per another reviewers suggestion I put foil over the baking dishes and took it off for the last ten minutes of baking. It really needs 2 jars of sauce for the amount of shells that it makes.

Penne with Pink Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Loved this! I change a couple of things I used one 28oz can crushed tomatoes and one 28oz can tomato sauce because that's what I had on hand and it worked well it didn't come out quit as think as a traditional vodka sauce but it was still great. I also added 2 teaspoons of sugar to the sauce to cut the bitterness of the tomatoes and added italian seasoning. After reading some of the reviews I used 1/2 a cup of vodka. Oh and this does make a lot of sauce but that's fine with me i froze the leftover cant wait to have it again.

I just made these for Christmas and I really liked them. They were super easy to make I think the only thing I would do next time is just make them a little smaller.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
I Love this soup! I am having leftovers for lunch right now. The only change I made was to cut way back on the salt I figured with the ham and chicken bouillon that there was enough salt in both of those and it came out perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
I made these potatoes for Thanksgiving and they were great! The only thing I did different was to cook the garlic earlier in the day and kept in the foil until I was ready for it. I will be making these again and again. Thank you for the fantastic recipe.

Greek Garlic-Lemon Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
OMG I love these potatoes! I too used all olive oil and I used dried parsley because that's what I had on hand and just eyeballed the amount of dried parsley I used. I only needed to cook my potatoes for 1 hour and they were done. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe.

I love this recipe! I mix all the sauce ingredients togther along with the italian seasoning and onion powder and pepper and i also put some red pepper flakes in and let it sit while the meat is browning (i use ground turkey) then mix in with meat turns out great. I cut back on the onion also. This freezes well.
