Garlic Prime Rib

First time making prime rib, followed instructions exactly, except it took about 1.5 hours to cook but it was a very thick prime rib, so I had anticipated this. The taste and texture were phenomenal. I did pull it out of oven at 130F, covered with tin foil, and let it sit for 20 minutes. It ultimately reached 142F. Definitely recommend this recipe!

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust

This recipe was amazing! Tried it this year for Thanksgiving and everyone asked for more! Very light and fluffy. I did bake in a water bath to keep from cracking. I also only baked for one hour and then turned off the oven and left it in there another hour. I only used gingersnaps in the crust and lessened the butter to keep the crust less greasy. Turned out great, will definitely be making again.
