Having worked f/t for the last 20+ years, I am now currently happily staying at home puttering around, doing my hobbies and honing my skills with baking, which I am quite surprised I am developing a knack for it, well at least that is what my husband tells me =>.
My favorite things to cook
Salads, especially caesar salad.. Pasta dishes, chicken, fajitias, and classic meals like roasts and meatloafs are just a few.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken cordon bleu, gravy that turns out perfect every time, yorkshire pudding from scratch, to name a few.

Whenever I try a new recipe, I slightly alter it to give it my own flair.
