Champagne Lobster

the idea of the recipe is basically to make the lobster meat tender. I love the taste of lobster and sauce tends to cover it up....but that's just my taste. melted butter is all I use. but if you like smothering food in sauce then I say go for it!

Easy Pineapple Cake

i agree with another poster to use "portugese" churico.... and not the kind you find pre-packaged in the market. go to a portugese or spanish meat market for the homemade stuff. it really does make a big difference. great recipe!

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

although i have not tried this particular rendition, i have made my mushrooms very similar....but....i would never throw away those stem pieces! chop them along with the onion & garlic and saute them all first in the butter before adding it to the bread. that alone will give then mushrooms more moisture. also, throw a small pieces of bacon on the top of each one...yum!!

Beer Chicken

although i question the validity of this womans profile and claims, i have to say that cooking chicken in beer is indeed very good if done correctly. try using fresh sprigs of rosemary stuffed into the chicken. then empty half of a can of beer and sit the chicken upright on the can...bake until falling off the bone delicious. not a rosemary fan? season the darn thing with anything you like....its a 100% everytime tender chicken!!
