Vegan Brownies

I must admit I was skeptical as were the nonvegans I'm living with at the moment, but I've made these brownies twice and they haven't lasted very long. The only change I made was to cut the oil to 1/2 cup and added about a tbsp of water. The ingredients are easy to find and the recipe is ridiculously easy. Thank you so much for posting this recipe.

Lush Pie

I have been making this for years with a slight change in method and a different name. I always add the whipped cream as a third layer and then sprinkle the leftover crumbs on top of the whole thing. This is much better after a day or two when everything has kind of blended together. My family and friends love this whenever I make it. Oh, and it helps to get "whipped" cream cheese.

Best Whole Wheat Chocolate Chippers

YUM. Instead of the white sugar I put sugar in the raw. They came out great. Suggestion: they are kinda cakey, and don't spread out as much as I'm used to, so if you want them more wide and less tall, do that before you bake them. REALLY YUMMY.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

We really liked this and will make it again. I made a lot of changes: left out celery, worstechire sauce, sugar, and tomatoes, added broccoli, more salt, and some water, and at the last minute i realized my barley was no good so i used brown rice instead. Ok, so I totally changed the recipe, but it's a versatile dish that you can adjust to your taste, and it came out really yummy!
