French Salad Dressing

Absolutely THE best dressing!!!!! I have been eating it all week with my fresh tomatoes from my garden.. I used Splenda instead of sugar..other than that,I didnt change anything..I LOVE this dressing!!!

I have made this twice in the last month. DELISH!!!! I used marinated artichokes, undrained ( for more sauce) and have added sundried tomatoes,chopped up...fabulous dish!!!

Carrot Cake Cookies

VERY GOOD! My 10 year old son came in 3rd place in a cookie contest with this recipe! We flattened them with the bottom of a glass before baking, for uniformity. Thanks!

Easy Pasta Fagioli

OMG this is sooooooooooo good!. I started to follow as written, but then saw I would want it 'soupier' so i added a full 32 oz box of chicken broth to 28oz tomato sauce. mmmmmmmmm so good! I will do this( without beans and pasta) as a base for cream of tomato soup too, from now on!!! My husband just finished his bowl and said, "This is better then what we get at the italian restaurant!"

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

I loved, loved, loved this rice! I subbed a can of black beans for the corn, we don't like corn with rice. The flavor was wonderful , cilantro is a must. It was a little dry,not cheesy saucy .....but we still devoured it!

Awesome is THE word!! The fresh cilantro....awesome..mixing the marina sauce with the barbeque sauce...awesome...sesame oil...unbelievably awesome. Cant wait to make and EAT this again!

Spanish Potato Omelet

yummmm! my italian grandmother used to make me this as a kid....it brought back such good, cozy,memories.I really think the tip about mixing the cooked potatoes with the beaten eggs then pouring it all back into the fry pan , was a great help with it setting up evenly.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

This was amazingly good! Only subs I did were, ff half n half, and I had no parsley, only fresh basil, so I used that. We LOVED it. Next time I will add one more link of sausage.I regularly make vodka cream sauce, but with the addition of the sausage, it moved up a notch! THANKS !!!!!

Anniversary Chicken I

YUUUUUMMMMMMMM!!!!!! I only had 3 breasts and no teriaki,just soy sauce. I marinated them in the soy (1 big slash on each breast) some garlic powder and onion powder...otherwise followed recipe....oops..also only had scallions, for top,not parsley..but OMG the saltiness mixed with the creamy tang of ranch...HOLY COW THATS GOOD!!!!!

It's Chili by George!!

Omg!!! Thank you! I have been trying to find a great chili recipe forever. The search is over. I halved this recipe , only kept the green pepper the same. I always disliked soupy chili, so A BIG thanks to all those who suggested adding tomato paste, the texture,taste and appearance of this chili is just perfection.
