Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie II
This was pretty tasty! My only mistake was using split peas instead of lentils-- they stayed too chewy for my taste. The mashed potatoes on top were delicious! There wasn't even much left over, and there are only two of us! I also used regular yeast instead of marmite/vegemite (I don't believe they sell that in the U.S...?) but might just leave it out all together next time.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
These were delicious for the amount of time they took-- and they were all ingredients I had on hand, so I could make them on a whim in the height of this snowstorm! I substituted butter for margarine-- very delicious but it all melted down to the bottom of the rolls-- don't know if that would have happened with margarine. I cooked some squished together in a pie plate and some in muffin tins as suggested... I liked the muffin tin ones better, surprisingly... you just have to get them out of the oven a little early. These would have been perfect with cream cheese frosting!

Absolutely fantastic! I've made this recipe numerous times both for indian food (usually makhani :) ), and even for use in gyro-style sandwiches. It always looks like too much, but I promise, it is never enough. My picky little brother will eat all of it if we don't watch him.
