The lemon peel ruins it. It doesn't taste anything like Pecan Pie.

Kind of bland; needed bleu cheese to give it some kick.

Raspberry Vinaigrette

Pretty tasteless and bland. I added bleu cheese to the salad to give it some taste, but without it would have been pretty yuck.

Buffalo Shrimp

The batter on this was amazing, but I changed up the sauce and simply used Frank's Red Hot and melted butter. Much simpler and tasted just like quality pub/bar buffalo sauce!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

If you adjust the ingredients to make more than four servings DON'T increase the amount of hot sauce. Everyone at dinner was sweating by the end of the meal. Owwwwww!

Ham and Cheese Puffs

Couldn't keep these on the table at all! Had to make more in the middle of a party to keep people happy! I didn't use the onion; used cheddar instead of swiss; used spicy brown mustard, and then used a mini-loaf tray with some of the roll dough on top of each one. They came out like mini breakfast breads. Yum!

California Chicken Spaghetti

Great dish! I made the following change when I couldn't find the cajun seasoning. I used Montreal Chicken seasoning instead, in the same proportion and my partner loved it! I also used real basil instead of the dry - it smells so much better while it cooks!
