Beef and Bean Chimichangas

The were the bomb diggity. The only thing missing is some type of sauce on top.

Chocolate Irish Car Bomb Cake

I made this for St. Patty's and it was very easy and so delicious. I will be making this again but will leave the sugar glaze behind because this cake does not need it because it is so good.

Peanut Butter Pie I

I didn't even try this pie yet but just making the filling and I almost ate the whole bowl! So good I can't wait to try the whole pie! I used an oreo crust and swirled in some hot fudge topping! Yum!
