Butter Bean Burgers

It was "yummy". Did everything exactly as instructed. Used wheat saltine crackers though. Loved it.

Vegetarian Chili

Spicy Bean Salsa

Awesome recipe. I did not use the seafood seasoning because I did not have it. But I did use the Cajun and it was good. It tasted just like eating out. Also, I picked this recipe because it did not have eggs. I was beginning to think you could not fry pickles without eggs. Thanks so much poster.

The Best Veggie Sandwich

I could not find smoked cheddar cheese. I used cheddar cheese. My husband liked it so much. He kept making the what about bob noises. Very good. Thanks.

Ranch Dressing II

Wonderful recipe. I did everything to the T except adding buttermilk to make it more liquidy. It smelt wonderful and looked just like ranch. It even tasted good before I put it in the fridge. Let's see how it is on my salad tomorrow. Thanks poster.

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna

It was very good. I am a vegetarian and my husband who loves meat ate almost half the pan. I did not think he would even like it. I kept telling him he was going to get sick. It's soo good though, "he says". About 1 hour later, he's sick from eating too much. HeHe. Thank you poster.

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake

This was very good. I did what others suggested. I used 13 ounces of noodles, 18 ounces of marinara, and 13 ounces of alfredo sauce. There was still just a little left over for sopping the bread. I did not think the cheese was overwhelming as other users suggested but I do like cheese. It was awesome. Thanks so much poster

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

This was very good. It is just me and my husband so my mom got a night off cooking for her husband as there was plenty of left overs. She was pretty excited. Anyways, I only put 1 can of chili peppers in it and it was mild so if you like mild, then 1 can would be great. Thanks for the great recipe. I am a vegetarian and got my entire meat eating family to eat a delicious meatless meal. Yeah.
