Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I made this for my Italian hubby, and he LOVED it! So, I made it after that for a friend that had a new baby and her family. They also raved about it.

Roasted Sherry Duck

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I made this for my FIRST at home Christmas dinner with all of my family here. Everyone was skeptical of me changing up the traditional ham, but they all loved it. Next year I will have more than one to make sure everyone gets a good taste!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
This soup is awesome, and we refer to it as fancy nachos. I'm pregnant right now, and crave nachos, so this is perfect! We stir in the cheese, sour cream, and broken chips, and it is perfect.

Cranberry Eggnog Cornbread Scones

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
I was pleased with this recipe; I changed it up a bit for my tastes. I used White Whole Wheat flour, and then used 1/6 cup of half stevia, half sugar. For the eggnog, I replaced it with Silk Nog.
