sorry, really didn't like. followed instructions but they were quite dry. Maybe should have added some oil. IDK. liked the chocolate flavor but way too dry for us.

Haitian French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
Very good. Used items i had on hand. Omitted OJ-used a little bite of milk maybe 1/2Cup, and used eggnog flavored liquid creamer in place of heavy cream. Gave it a special holiday taste. My family really enjoyed this sprinkled with powdered sugar. Thanks

This was great, topped pancakes with this. Used brown sugar instead of white and used caramel syrup because it was what was on hand and omitted nuts. added more sugar and cinnamon to suit our taste.

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
Really loved this!!! very well seasoned. I deep fried. Found that skin was less crispy when i put the top on the deep fryer. Such a difference in crispiness when i did the second batch and left the top off and fried uncovered. I will be adding this to my all time favorites. Thanks so much for sharing

Best White Icing Ever

used all salted butter no shortening, increased vanilla, and added 1/4tsp salt, only used 3C powdered sugar, and thinned with additional milk for spreading. This was great not too sweet because of the salt, perfect for us.

Cheese Lover's Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2010
my family loved this. The tuna flavor was not overpowering just right. I added half a can of milk and only had 8oz of shredded sharp cheddar. I sauted half a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic in EVOO and butter. Used crushed townhouse crackers on top and sprayed top with i can't believe it's not butter spray. Surprised it was so good will def make again

very good base recipe, I only modified it a little. made my own cornbread, as a prev reviewer sugg, added 3/4C bell pepper, upped the celery to 3/4-1C. used 3C chicken broth and 1 can of Cream of chicken soup. used poultry seasoning 1 1/2tsp instead of sage. added eggs last in order to test my seasoning. Turned out super yummy and very quick to prepare.
