Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

didn't really like these they were kinda cake like in the middle. Could just be something i did but prefer my old recipe using butter flavored crisco.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

wasn't what i thought it would be. only used half the hot sauce called for and unfortunately was still too spicy for me, so adj as you go. Wanted to like it but would not make again.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

loved these, my new fav cookie. followed changes of 1 1/2C sugar, 8oz cream cheese etc... rolled into a log and chilled/froze for easy slicing, took them out a little early and they were so soft and pillowy. Dough dose not spread

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo

Really loved the flavor. Very easy and quick to make. only used 1C sugar and added the milk as needed, turned out great smooth and easy to spread.

sorry, really didn't like. followed instructions but they were quite dry. Maybe should have added some oil. IDK. liked the chocolate flavor but way too dry for us.

Spam on the Go

followed recipe as written, but thought it have no flavor whatsoever. I even added extra soy sauce but still didn't do it for us. So as not to waste ingredients, i had a box of Mongolian beef hamburger helper and used half the flavor packet with extra water and it actually turned into something good. But would not make again.

Haitian French Toast

Very good. Used items i had on hand. Omitted OJ-used a little bite of milk maybe 1/2Cup, and used eggnog flavored liquid creamer in place of heavy cream. Gave it a special holiday taste. My family really enjoyed this sprinkled with powdered sugar. Thanks

Pinwheel Italian Calzones

These were very good and so quick and easy to make. I omitted the onions and peppers. used cooked crumbled sausage no pepperoni on hand and used my fav spaghetti sauce for the pizza sauce. we loved them.

Toffee and Cinnamon Apples

This was great, topped pancakes with this. Used brown sugar instead of white and used caramel syrup because it was what was on hand and omitted nuts. added more sugar and cinnamon to suit our taste.

Creamy Sweet Corn

this was the best tasting creamy corn i have ever had. My family loved it. I added extra salt to suite our tastes and to thicken at the end added a little cornstarch/water mix.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

This was so easy to make and just what i was looking for. I did add a couple of shakes of powdered sugar at the end to adjust to my sweetness pref, otherwise followed exactly. Thank you so much this is my only whipped cream recipe from now on!!

Cheese Lover's Tuna Casserole

my family loved this. The tuna flavor was not overpowering just right. I added half a can of milk and only had 8oz of shredded sharp cheddar. I sauted half a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic in EVOO and butter. Used crushed townhouse crackers on top and sprayed top with i can't believe it's not butter spray. Surprised it was so good will def make again

used all salted butter no shortening, increased vanilla, and added 1/4tsp salt, only used 3C powdered sugar, and thinned with additional milk for spreading. This was great not too sweet because of the salt, perfect for us.
