Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
This frosting is AMAZING! At my request, my mom made this frosting for my chocolate birthday cake. She followed the recipe exactly and it was just enough to frost a two layer 9" round cake. She topped off the cake with some chopped peanut butter cups and it was perfection. I will definitely use this recipe in the future for brownies and cupcakes. Excellent!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles
These came out pretty good. My favorite part was the peanut butter filling. Soooo good! The outer chocolate cookie seemed a bit bland, but probably because I didn't add the extra sugar when I pressed the cookies down. I might do that next time. Overall, a good recipe for the choco-pb lover! Like a Reese's cup in cookie form.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe was outrageous! I just made it last night to take to my boyfriend's dad's 50th birthday party. Lately I've been having problems with my cookies and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The first batch I made last night I simply followed the directions on the back of the Nestle Tollhouse choco. chip bag. I know I've made them before and they've turned out great, but lately all my cookies come out flat as pancakes! Then I tried this recipe (after throwing out my cookie pancakes!) and it turned out great! I just ate one this morning and it was still super soft and chewy. The only thing I changed in the recipe was adding chunky peanut butter instead of regular, and I'm glad I did. YUMMY! I'm sure they'll be a hit. I will definitely make these again.
