Great, but do not overcook noodles or else it will get mushy.

Healthier Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2013
My husband, who loves cheese, and I, who wants a light coating only, both loved this recipe! I halved this recipe and didn't use the onion powder/celery salt because we were out. My 4 yr old likes plain fish (no sauce), so I always have to try to find a recipe that I can add sauce to individual pieces of fish but use the same cooking time. This was perfect for our needs. I used fresh fish from the store but will be using frozen fish next time, so hope it will taste as good as it did tonight!

Mexican Fiesta Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2010
Great recipe! Tips: 1/ add more diced red peppers if you want to make it more colourful and more importantly, for more texture in the salad); 2/ my salsa was really spicey so I just put in the ground pepper and not the cumin and it was perfect; 3/ don't put all the mayo and sour cream at once -put in half, stir your mixture and think about how creamy/fatty you want it, because I used the recomm'd amount and it was too creamy for my personal taste; 4/ ran out of olives, but it was still good--next time might throw in some tuna? I brought this to a southern bbq themed dinner and it went well with the corn bread and bbq chicken.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2007
Next time, I'll add extra layer of sauce on very top. Family said the top was dry. Also, as other commenters said, use oven ready pasta, fridge overnight, and half the salt. This had lots of extra sauce, set as a side dish for people to scoop over lasagna when serving or save for next meal.
