Peach Cobbler I

I've never made Peach Cobbler until today and I used this recipe...it tasted WONDERFUL, I didn't change a thing in the recipe...I used 10 medium peaches that I got over at our local Farmers Market..to peal them easily drop peaches in boiling water for about a minute and then take them out of the boiling water with a opened spoon and put them in cold water. I'll definitely use this recipe again..IT'S A KEEPER.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Only one word to describe this cobbler, AWESOME...Only change I made to this recipe was that I doubled this recipe and baked it in a 9 X 13 inch pan....added a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the batter as well...I will DEFINITELY make this cobbler again...I made a blueberry cobbler using two pints of fresh blueberries, baked it for an hour....served it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream....SUPER YUMMY

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

I made this slow cooker turkey recipe today...it was FABULOUS tastewise and so easy to make...my turkey breast came out juicy and tender with plenty of gravy at the bottom of the cooker...I will NEVER make turkey in an oven again..THIS is the recipe I WILL USE FFROM NOW ON...the taste is so AWESOME, fork tender and juicy (as I previously indicated)...THANKS so much for sharing this recipe...it is most definately a keeper.

Banana Cream Pie I

This recipe for Banana Cream Pie was AWESOME...I used cornstarch instead of flour and after cooking the pudding per recipe instructions it turned out WONDERFUL...I prebaked a pie shell and when pie chilled in the refrigerator I put cool whip on top of the pie...it tasted soooooooooooo good...Thank you so much for the recipe. This banana cream pie is GREAT... I LOVE this site..the recipes on here are wonderful.

Fruit Cobbler

I made this today using fresh sliced peaches...didn't change a thing in the recipe except added a cinnamon and sugar mixture on the top...served it with vanilla ice cream....it was WONDERFUL....will make again, many times...THANKS so much for such a SUPER EASY and DELICIOUS recipe.

Apple Cake V

Like most of the reviews say about this cake..."it's AWESOME."...I used 1 1/2 cups of white sugar...1/4 cup of oil and a full cup of unsweetened applesauce. Also added l teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of nutmeg. That was the extent of my changes to this recipe except I used 4 large Granny Smith apples and chopped them up in small pieces...This apple cake has got to be one of the BEST recipes ever...Thanks so much for sharing it..Sooooooooooooooo good.

Tiny Pecan Tarts

These Tiny Pecan Tarts were really, really good....I didn't change a thing but the previous reviews are right when they suggest that you only measure half the amounts when making up the filling otherwise you will end up with way too much filling...I used just under one teaspoon of filling for each tiny tart..made 40 pcs total....I baked these for 25 minutes...turned out perfectly...I'll definitely will make again...THANKS for sharing such a great recipe.

Apple Crisp II

Absolutely wonderful...I used Jonagold apples I got from Walmart...they are a kind of Johnathan Apple..because Jonagold is a juicy apple I didn't add any water to the recipe and like some of the reviews are saying DON'T double the topping part...in my opinion it would definitely overwhelm the apples and dish would be way way too sweet. Except for ommiting the water and adding four tablespoons of flour to the apples {because Jonagold apples are so juicy) I followed the recipe as written. It turned out perfectly... Will definitely make again...I served the Apple Crisp with a scoop of vanilla ice cream...Yummmy.... Thank you so much for such an easy AND great recipe.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were really, really WONDERFUL...only changes I made to the recipe was that I used butter instead of shortening and used one full cup of peanut butter instead of 3/4 cup...the taste of these cookies is just wonderful...I was looking for a good peanut butter cookie recipe and I've found it...THANKS for sharing this recipe...It's one I'll use over and over again...my family LOVES these peanut butter cookies.

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Without a doubt the BEST recipe for peanut butter cookies I've tried so far....I used Butter Flavored Crisco instead of margarine and added mini chocolate chips to the recipe . Criss-crossed the cookies with a fork dipped in sugar and used a cookie scoop. Baked for 10 minutes....These cookies are beyond "awesome" if you love peanut butter cookies...THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful recipe...its a keeper for sure.

Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

This recipe is BEYOND WONDERFUL.....You will LOVE IT if you are a blueberry lover....Thank you so much for sharing this WONDERFUL recipe....I will use it many many times over again...I doubled the recipe and used three tablespoons full of cornstarch and added a teaspoon of lemon juice.....ABSOLUTELY to die for.

Has to be the BEST Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe on the net.....I doubled the recipe and used one cup of smooth peanut butter and one cup of crunchy peanut butter...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE EVER....JUST AWESOME...THANKS so much Beth Sigworth for sharing this GREAT recipe....I will be making these for my family and friends many times over.

Molasses Sugar Cookies

I baked up a batch of these today....I can understand why this cookie recipe has a five star rating....this cookie recipe is FABULOUS....the cookies are so delicious and this recipe is a definite keeper....THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this recipe..I plan to make these several times during the holiday season and even after it.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

I followed recipe as written except I did not have buttermilk on hand so I used the 1 Tbps. of vinegar to one cup of milk ratio.....The cornbread turned out absolutely AWESOME....Only recipe I will ever use for making cornbread...THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this GREAT recipe. EVERYONE in my family LOVED the cornbread I made using this recipe.

Best Ever Pie Crust

This really IS the BEST EVER Pie Crust..I followed the recipe exactly as written...I used my food processor (no I didn't prechill the food processor) and put all the ingredients the recipe calls for in it...yes I had to use my spatula to scoop up the dough (it was extremely soft).....I wrapped it in two bundles and refrigerated it for about an hour...I then put waxed paper on the table and unwrapped one of the bundles...I added more flour to the pile of dough (maybe 3/4 of a cup worth)...in anycase..the dough rolled out beautifully and it was so easy. IF you need to add more flour don't hesitate...it WILL WORK OUT... I am a 69 year old cook and I have always had problems making pie dough...till now that is...THIS IS GOING TO BE MY RECIPE from now on whenever I decide to make a pie...THANK YOU so much Jean for sharing this recipe...as I said earlier, this really is the BEST EVER pie crust...making this pie dough makes pie baking really really easy...(smells so good when it's baking as well)

Banana Banana Bread

This banana bread is GREAT...I doubled the recipe and added mini chocolate chips and a cup of pecan chips...used 6 medium sized very ripe bananas...baked at 350 for 65 minutes just like the recipe says to do..this made two large loaves of banana bread (shared one with my neighbor). Turned out super tasting...my son and neighbor liked it a lot...THANKS for sharing a great recipe..this recipe is a keeper for sure.

Tried these for the first time today...they were easy to make and turned out wonderful...will make again and again....I used Crisco and left them in the oven for 10 minutes....worked out perfectly....Thanks so much for such a GREAT tasting and easy to make cookie recipe.

Baker's Secret Pie Crust
