The aroma that this dish created in the kitchen made my family excited to enjoy it. The only problem I stumbled on was my water-to-pork ratio. I followed the directions and covered the pork with water, but I had too much. My port ended up a little dry, but will definitely try it again. I managed to salvage some of the water and soy sauce mixture from the pot and simply created an au-jus for the dish. That helped. We enjoyed it with some roasted asparagus and corn.
