Easy Add-In Macaroni and Cheese

This was really good! My DH who doesn't like mac and cheese ate it up! I used different cheeses as I didn't have any cheddar on hand, and I added some onions and broccoli, it was really good!

This was really good! I too made a few changed, I was out of taco seasoning, so I added in some of the enchilada sauce into the meat when I cooked it. I also added some ceyene pepper and cumin. It was super easy and my picky husband and 3 year old loved it! :)

Artichokes in a Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce

This recipe was very bland. I added many other spices to try to remidy the situation, but it was to no avail. However, my 3 year old liked it.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are FANTASTIC!! They are different than your ordinary choc. cookie, but oh so yummy! I have made them twice already!! :)

Easy Mexican Casserole

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I thought that this was ok. My husband wouldn't eat it... he is pretty picky. My toddler who loves "noonas" (noodles for those not trained in toddler-ese) wouldn't eat it either. Bummer! It sounded so good.
