Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Really good. We actually made a crumb topping for it with sugar, nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg. Came out so much better that way

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Its a great recipe. I did add some garlic powder and some more salt and pepper to the milk as well as topping the potatoes with cheese the last 20 minutes of baking

Brian's Favorite Sauce

So Good. Made it with hamburger instead of sausage, cooked it for 3 hours and added a little more spice along with some crushed red pepper.

It was good. I did a couple of things different and it worked out best. I added a little milk and flour after I had veggies, chicken and soup in one pot. It helped me tweak it to the consistancy that I wanted before putting it in a casserole dish. Other than that it was good.
