About this Cook
I have been married for 6 years and we have three daughters Lily, Emma, and Hana. I have been cooking since high school and I love it, especially baking. I take every chance I can to get my kids involved in the kitchen. They love to bake with mommy and help plan meals.
My favorite things to cook
I mostly love to bake although I pride myself on trying to make a new recipe every night for dinner (no matter how early I have to start during the day).
My favorite family cooking traditions
I never really had a chance to cook with my mom when I was younger she had five kids and I think it was too much to have us all in the kitchen but I do remember helping make homemade jams every year from the fruit that we grew. Yummy :)
My cooking triumphs
I think everything that i successfully make is a triumph.
My cooking tragedies
I think the worst thing ever was when I was sixteen and making rice for the first time and it turned out like concrete!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
Not a big hit at our house. If you like soggy tortilla shells you might like this. The texture was all off.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole
This recipe was a bit of a hit at our house. The only thing that did not go over so well was the baked beans maybe next time I will try store bought chili mix instead for a little more flavor.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
This recipe was delicious! I have three sometimes very picky kids and a very picky husband that gobbled this right up. As to the person who said that this dish is too salty I love salty foods and I would consider this only mildly salty. Two thumbs way up!
