Saltine Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Amazing! I didn't use foil and they came out just fine. I put them in the fridge and after they were cold they came out just fine. I didn't even butter the pan! If you eat them cold they are crunchy and if you let them get to room temp they are soft. I like them both ways. :)

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
At first I made it as is. There wasn't enough flavor although the consistency was excellent. I added some sharp cheddar cheese, sliced carrots, salt and a little more milk because of the extra cheese.

Fluffy French Toast

one word, AWESOME! Make sure you use a fast beater to get the flour to mix. I tried hand mixing it and the flour was still clumpy. If you have a kitchen aid with the whipping attachment that will work perfect!

Loosemeat Sandwiches III

delicious! Just like the local burger place I go to but I can make it less greasy by draining the meat. All the flavor without the grease! I like mine with american cheese and extra onions :)

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
PERFECT!!!!! The BEST peanut butter cookies I have eaten or made. They are not too dry, you just have to be sure not to overcook them. The bottom should only be slightly brown. If the tops are brown you cooked them too long. I make them without the chopped peanuts but they would be just as good with them in.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
Delicious but I too had a problem with it being too salty - even my salt addicted husband agreed. Luckily I tasted the sauce before baking and modified it by adding water, sugar, and more ranch. The problem was the teriyaki sauce I bought at the store not the recipe itself. In short, buy a THICK LOW SODIUM teriyaki sauce or make your own teriyaki sauce (what I usually do & should have done) and it will turn out perfect :) Oh, and add the cheese and real bacon crumbles at the end so they don't burn :)

Hash Brown Casserole II

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
This was spectacular! Another girl at work was known for her hashbrown casserole and this one put hers to shame. I served it with roasted chicken and green beans and everyone said it was amazing :) Our picky 4 year old loved it too!

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
I tried other recipes and this is the best I have found. The lemon really makes the difference so I would recommend leaving it in. Our son loves it and he can be a picky eater!
