Vey good recipie... Served to my mom who really doen't care for scallops much but liked these. recipie scales well. My only changes were sprinkle a little paprika on top and, since I used frozen scallops, to soak the scallops in 50/50 water and skim milk to thaw them.(this works great on any frozen seafood to remove "fishiness"... rinse and pat them dry before proceeding) What impressed me most about the recipe is that even with strong seasonings the scallops retained thier delecate taste.
