So yummy. I left out the water and the liquid smoke. I used 2 thin (cheaper cut) steaks, marinated for an hour or so in the fridge and threw them on the grill. I sliced the steak and served it over a sauted black bean and corn mixture (with jalapenos, onion, cumin, chili powder) topped with pico de gallo, cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime and a side of spanish rice. Fantastic! This would be great on chicken, fish, or veggies as well. Might try it on grilled portobellos or halibut next time.
