Asian Orange Chicken

Very quick and easy meal! I made the taco meat the night before to save on time the next day. Kids both ate it too which is a plus.

Kind of bland by itself, but was good with mashed potatoes. Sauce needs something for a kick. I also agree with other probably best to use instant rice to keep it better held together.

Love this recipe! We've always used ricotta in it, after reading some reviews might try cottage cheese next time. Plenty for the 3 of us and tons left for the next day too.

Creamy Lemon Pie I

yummy. As a kid my mom made this pie all the time and her mom and so on. The only differnce between my family's recipe and this one is we use a 1/2 cup lemon juice.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

They were the best m&m cookies ever!!! I took everyone else's advice and used butter instead of shortening and I also only baked them for 6-7 mins so they are still gooey and delice.
