Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I followed this recipe precisely, but the meat came out dry and tasteless! The liquid was very fatty, even though I had trimmed the meat.

Microwave Lemon Curd
Aboslutely delicious! I served it with the poppyseed bundt cake (II) also on this website, and it was wonderful. This was my first time making lemon curd, and it couldn't have been easier. I only had four lemons, and that made only 3/4 cup of lemon juice, so I filled the rest of the measuring cup with water to make 1 full cup. It was absolutely unnoticeable, because it still had a very strong (but yummy) lemon-y taste. Even my mom who definitely knows her lemon curd said it tasted like a little bit of heaven. :)

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II
YUM!!! I made this recipe at a family gathering and everyone devoured it. It is moist and delicious. I only altered it by adding 2t of almod extract, and next time I will increase that to 3t. I served it in a pool of the microwaveable lemon curd also on this webiste, with some fresh, sliced strawberries on the side. An impressive-looking and delicious recipe.
