Pesto Pasta with Chicken
Delicious! I find it very easy, yet versatile enough that I don't get bored with it. I have made it a few times, and while I added all the ingredients listed, I also had fresh tomatoes or mushrooms I was trying to use up so I added those too. My picky boyfriend loved it too.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
I made these for a christmas party and was suprised about how delicious they were. I got quite a few comments on how good they were and they were really easy to make, only a few ingredients needed. I felt like the cooking time was accurate, but the cookies were a little crunchier than I would like. Next time I may try adding a package of vanilla instant pudding to keep them soft. Definitely a keeper!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was great, I really enjoyed it, but it was REALLY rich! I think it was the cottage cheese, but it tasted a little saltier and not as cheesy as the way I normally make mac. I used almost double the cheddar too.....the bread crumbs were good, I followed the recipe exactly except for using more cheese.
