Lo Mein Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
This was pretty good! I actually added 1 cup of green onions, 1/2 cup onion, a little more soy & teriyaki sauces. Next time, I may use less oil to make it less greasy. Will make again! Thanks! :)

Loved this! I had several people try this and they raved about it too! I changed a few things. I used a can of canned pumpkin, left out the cloves, didnt have any. Didnt have any Cool Whip. Very good! :)

Teary-Eyed Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2007
These are pretty good! I love spicy food but honestly these arent as hot as I wouldve liked. For some reason when I fried the pork chops, the flour mixture fell off the chops. Now that I think of it, the chops were dry when I put them in the mixture. Oh well, these were still pretty good, may bake next time. Thanks! :O)

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
This is pretty good! I only had about 5 oz of dry egg noodles. I also reduced the soups to only one can of cream of chicken, and 1 1/2 cans broth. Simmered about 18 minutes. I also left out the chicken because I just really had a craving for noodles. Came out great! Really good comfort food! Will have again! :)

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
This is okay. Of course I tweaked the recipe a little. I used 1 cup of sour cream and 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom. I added about 1 1/2 cups of prepared rice to the enchiladas because I really like rice. I didnt have any green onions on hand, so I replaced it with onions and green peppers. I also added some hot sauce to the sauce mixture and chopped jalepenos to the top. Also I added an envelope of taco seasoning to the soup/sour cream mixture instead of the chili powder (what ever the spice was). Not too bad, probably will make again.

Macaroni 'n' Cheese for Two

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2007
This came out really creamy for me! This is really good! Probably one of my favorites! Instead of 1/3 cup of sour cream, I added a cup because I had extra that I needed to use up. I added probably another 1/4 cup of Colby cheese to the mixture and topped it with slices of Colby Cheese. I really like it! :O) (I also added some diced jalepenos, just cause I like spicy foods). Will have this again! :)

Easy Spicy Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
I really enjoyed this! I added an extra 1/2 cup of instant rice, 1/4 chicken broth, and by accident i added a small can of green chilis! I dont think it is too spicy, but then again, I do like spicy food! :O) I cooked for an hour and it didnt come out mushy at all. After I took it out of the oven, I sprinkled some cheddar and monterrey jack cheese on top and recovered it with the foil so the cheese could melt. I also had a fresh jalepeno from the garden I added, gave it an extra kick! This is a definite favorite on my list. Will make again! Good job! :O)

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2007
This is really good! I will make this again! I will leave the butter out next time because as the cheese cooks, it seems to make its own "grease". I may leave out 1 egg next time too. How can this be creamier? Maybe adding more sour cream? I did add extra cheese too. Pretty good! Ive never used Parmesean in Mac & Cheese, what a great surprise! Great Job! :O)
