Carrots in Dill Butter
These carrots are not only easy, but they are delicious as well. Who can ask for more than that? I made these while at home alone to test them prior to serving them to my family. They were SO tasty, I ate 2/3 of the full recipe as my lunch! I did use honey (1/2 tsp.), instead of sugar, since I am on a special diet that does not allow sugar. I also used dried dill weed, did not have seed. Normally, I would not rate something that I've made changes on; however, I don't believe the substitutions I made changed the flavor much, if at all. I highly recommend trying this!

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
Very good. After I made the egg salad I added some chopped celery as one person mentioned and I added a little bit of dill to taste. I did make it with the 1/4 cup chopped green onion. I will use this recipe for my egg salad from now on.

Cinnamon Rolls III
Yum! I added homemade caramel sauce to the bottom and everyone commented on how good these rolls were. I will definitely be making these again! I cut the dough into 8 rolls instead of 16 and assembled these in a bundt pan, pushing them down gently . I refrigerated them overnight, pulled them out in the morning to let them rise for about an hour before baking. I did need about 5 extra minutes of baking time using this method. This is a winner.
