Teriyaki Wraps

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
I took the advice of others and used 3/4 teriyaki sauce and then did not add soy sauce or salt. I think next time, I will add some more vegetables (perhaps a stir fry mix).

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
Made this recipe and it was great! I followed the advice of others and sprinkled a bit of cheese on the bread before putting on the tomato mixture and then sprinkled some more cheese on top. I didn't have fresh basil, so I used dried basil and it was delicious. Will try with fresh basil next time, as I'm sure it will be even better. Thanks, Laurie!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
Loved this recipe - thought the cookies were perfect! The only thing I changed was I cut down the salt and I used half cup creamy peanut butter, half cup crunchy peanut butter (just for personal preference). Thanks for sharing this recipe - I will be making these cookies many more times!
