Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
What a great recipe! It was fast and easy and my daughter and husband love it. I, myself, can't get enough!

Barbequed Steak
Very, very good steak. It actually tasted like a Steak House Grilled Steak. Very tender on the inside. I added a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice in the mix (2 tbsp.). Great and extremely simple recipe!!

Baked Salmon II
The best baked salmon ever!! I served this for Easter Dinner - although it was very pricey for the fillets, everyone raved about it. It was well worth it.
