My husband and I are trying to adhere to a healthier way of eating and I was trying to come up with something new and different and since neither one of us had tried spaghetti squash, I gave this one a try. Honestly, the combination of the feta, basil, onions, and tomatoes is what caught my eye. We had this dish tonight and OMG is it ever delicious! The ONLY thing I'll do different next time is cut the oil used for cooking the onions and garlic down to one tablespoon. Less calories, right? Anyway, this is a wonderful dish and definitely a do-again at our house.
