Pecan Pie Bars I
Halved the recipe. Used walnuts (that's what I had), added 1 tsp. of water and vanilla to crust with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Used half white sugar and brown sugar, also added a sprinkle of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to the filling (adds a nice warmth and you can't pinpoint the exact taste). Will use this crust recipe for my pecan pies in the future.

Pie Crust III
Was a little scared at first. BUT honestly the BEST pie crust I've ever made. Nice and flaky. Super easy. Thanks

Belles Hamburger Buns
Love, love, love this recipe. It is soooo hard to find products without HFCS* (high fructose corn syrup). So I'm always on the lookout for great recipes. I will NEVER buy hamburger buns again. My family loved them. *(My 6 year old was diagnosed with Type 1 so I'm very conscious of the effects of HFCS on his numbers. As a family we just avoid it whenever possible.)
