This is fantastic! I followed the directions exactly, and I was slightly worried because the mixture was soupy. After a few minutes it thickened up quite a bit! I beat the cream cheese while it was cold (don't know why so many reviews say to leave it out to room temp first), added everything in the order it was written (although next time I may not add the milk last because it made kind of a sloshy mess even with the mixer on low speed haha), and it turned out the way it was supposed it. I used mini Nilla Wafers instead of the regular ones, and I got three layers of everything into a 4 quart Pyrex glass bowl. This is definitely my new go-to recipe. :)
