Banana Banana Bread

So very good! I have made this numerous times as written and it never fails to be the best banana bread recipe out there! Today I used coconut oil in place of the butter and white-wheat flour (3/4 cup for every 1 cup all purpose flour). It was delicious!!! Thank you for a great recipe.

Chocolate-Hazelnut Soy Ice Cream

This is the best "ice cream" I have ever had... it is amazing. It tastes alot like a mocha frappuccino. It's really easy to make, and it freezes well. THANK YOU for this recipe... now I will use it as a base and make other flavors too!!

Absolutely Best Brownies

These are really good! I used egg whites in place of the eggs and added coconut, white chocolate chips, and pecans to make German Chocolate Brownies!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies are WONDERFUL! I made them for my dad, who is diabetic, and used the splenda white and brown sugar blends. I also used smart balance in place of butter. I learned my lesson on the first batch - don't cook them for 15 minutes! 9 minutes was perfect for mine. (they do not look done at all.) THANK YOU for this wonderful recipe!

Really good! I added spinach, roma tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, olives, and eggplant after the sauce layer. So easy and so good! Thanks for this amazing recipe!
