I grew up with a family in the restaurant business, so I was taught to cook from an early age. After facing serious health challenges several years ago, I slowly removed all animal products from my diet. I've been a vegan now for 2 years and I love it!
It can be a bit of a challenge at times, but every recipe can be converted. It's true! I've dropped over 100 pounds and over 100 points from my cholesterol. More importantly, I feel so much better, and it's all because of food!

I love a challenge. My favorite thing to eat is vegan lasagna. I love making eggplant w/pasta, portabella mushrooms, veggie burgers, cooking with tofu, and experimenting with new things.

My first cheesecakes. They were beautiful I will never forget the sense of pride I felt! Everyone should make a cheesecake. They're so easy!
