A working mom who is passionate about cooking. Love anything from easy to elaborate. I have done some catering, and worked in the Food & Beverage industry for about 3 years. Italian, Asian, Fusion, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern. My mom is the person who is the biggest influence in my life where cooking is concerned. While baking a cake once, I was "talking" to my little nephew of 3 months, and entertaining him while I hurriedly put the ingredients together and baked it in a bundt pan. 45 mins later, when I inverted the cake onto the cooling rack, out came a perfect strawberry bundt cake with a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg on the top!!!!
