Barbie's Tuna Salad
Love this tuna salad and have made it many times! Just tweak the ingredient measurments to suit your taste, I always use 3 cans of 5oz StarKist Albaore Tuna drained, 4 T mayo, 2 T Parm Cheese, 2 T sweet pickle relish, 4 green onions sliced, 1/2 t curry powder, 2 T parsley, 2 t dill weed, a pinch of garlic powder and 3 boiled eggs chopped.....perfect everytime!

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers
I have made these a couple times, they are great! Has anyone ever made these ahead of time and froze them, baking later for a quick appetizer? I was thinking about trying that but am worried they might turn out watery and ruining the whole batch, any suggestions? Thanks!

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Oh...this is so good, my family loved it!. I made the recipe exactly as written. I did use 2-1 1/2 lb pork tenderloins but did not double the marinate, there was plenty for both. Marinated the pork for about 24 hours, started it out on the grill for about 25 minutes, basting several times and then put it into the oven at 350 for another 25 minutes until the internal temp of the pork was 160 degrees. Can't wait to make it again!
