Anzac Biscuits I

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
These cookies were so good! i made them for my mom for mothers day because she likes macaroons and plain cookies so this seemed almost like a combination of the two! Of course she loved em and asked me to make more the next day! the only problem i encountered was the mixture being too crumbly it could have possibly been because i used honey.

I halved the recipe and forgot to put in the vanilla and it turned out great!! i added some extra cocoa power and sugar, finding my perfect consistency. It hardened perfectly and tasted TEN TIMES BETTER than store bought! Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
These bars are FOOL PROOF! I melted the butter like some reviewers said and it worked well. I also added cinnamon to the dry mixture. Make sure to heat up the jam in the microwave before spreading or else its too hard! (i used raspberry jam with seeds and it tasted great you could tell). Family enjoyed it but i found it too sweet, could have been my jam though. Thanks for the recipe!

Pizza Pan Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
This cookie cake turned out great for me! I made it for my sisters birthday and read many reviews before doing so. Many reviewers said that the cookie came out bland, so i added 1 and a half tsp of cinnamon, half a tsp of ground cloves and 1/4 of a teaspoon of nutmeg. (im assuming instead of those 3, allspice would give the same effect as well). I really recommend doing that. I also added some molasses about 1/4-1/2 a tsp. The cookie cake turned out flavorful and soft on the inside yet firm on the outside. PERFECTION! The spices gave it a ginger spice cookie-esk taste but it worked well. I also added chocolate chips and used butter cream frosting. THANKS FOR THE RECIPE! :)

This brownie did not work for me at all. It never fully got to that perfect brownie stage where it was baked but still soft in the middle. it was a goopy mess and dont add almond extract to the recipe either!! Sorry i wouldnt use this recipe again.

This recipe is so awesome! I have made it many times and my family ALWAYS wants more!! i love the cinnamon it makes a big difference than the other recipes that i have tried that don't include it. I havent made many changes, i just add slightly more baking soda and 1/4 cup(or more depending how i feel) extra of quick cooking oats to make them cookies more oaty! Everyone raves about them, and loves the softness! thanks so much for sharing :)

Thank you for this recipe! Its soo good! i doubled my batch but only made 1 batch of topping. I made the muffins with whole wheat flour, and replaced oil with strawberry&apple sauce. I used lots of blueberrys! I wanted to use brown sugar than white but i didnt have any so they were a little sweeter than i wanted. Overall THEY WERE AWESOME!! =D its a keeper! my family raved about them!
