I don't know if I did something wrong or what but I just did NOT like the taste.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
I was skeptical but I really liked how it came out! Instead of kidney beans I used pinto because they're not only my favorite bean but the bean typically used for refried beans so it made these burritos more like Mexican food. Also, I didn't have prepared mustard and left that out and it still was full of flavor.

Citrus Carrots and Sprouts

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2010
Great and easy recipe. Added more hot sauce than suggested but I also like things spicy. Next morning, I had some leftovers so I mixed this with some scrambled eggs -- delicious!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
Good cookie but only gave it 4 stars because they came out thin and I like my chocolate chip oatmeal cookies chewy and fluffy-like. I did use 1/2 cup of flour more, as well as more baking soda and less salt as others suggested, but next time I make these I will use 1 cup of flour extra.

Lasagna Spirals

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
Delicious, healthy, and so simple! This was a great dish and everyone loved it. I forgot to buy green onions so I used about 1/2-1 tbs of crushed red pepper flakes, which still gave it a nice "kick".

This was such a great dish! I used wheat pasta and cherry tomatoes (and cut the large ones in half). I'm definitely making this again!

Great sauce! I used tomato paste instead of sauce and I found it to be the perfect consistency.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
This dish is the perfect comfort dish for winter weather. This was just so delicious! Will definitely make it again! (Next time though I will use 1/2 tsp of salt -- it was slightly too salty for my taste.)

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
Did what others recommended and let the dough sit for 30 minutes before lightly kneading it. Didn't put in any extra ingredients -- my toppings were enough. Yuuum!

Penne a la Vodka II

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
Did as others recommended and put in 3/4s of a pint of heavy cream. Also, by the time the dish was finished... I ended up putting about 1 tsp of salt and about 1/4 tsp of pepper. Very delicious and everyone loved it!

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2007
Very delicious! I served the stuffed peppers with a spoonful (or dollop) of sour cream on top, which tasted great. Next time though I will probably use about 1/4 tsp of salt and only put the peppers in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Coffee Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2007
Wow, this icing was so good! I took the advice of others and only used 1 cup of sugar and added 2 tbs of coffee. I brewed 1 cup of water and added 2 tbs of coffee grinds in the coffeemaker, which I think made the coffee strong enough for the recipe... a lot of flavor!

Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2007
This cake came out great. Like others, I used 5 pieces of chocolate, which I think was the perfect amount. Also, I didn't make the caramel frosting but a coffee butter frosting (found on allrecipes), which everyone just raved about. The icing and cake really complimented each other. Definetly will make this cake again.
