This is the best caramel popcorn I have EVER had!!! Super easy to make and delicious!!! I can't think of any changes I would make - it is perfect as it is. I will never waste my money on crunch-n-munch again - thanks for posting such a fantastic recipe :)

Authentic Thai Coconut Soup

I can't believe this soup came from my kitchen!! Very similar to our favorite Thai restaurant. I wish I could have found Kaffir leaves, and I think next time I'll use a little less curry, or try red curry as others have suggested. A great recipe...thanks for sharing it!

Baby Back Ribs

Delicious! The meat fell off the bones...as good as any restaurant ribs! I did use the "dry rub for ribs" recipe found on this site rather than the BBQ sauce and let it marinate for 8 hours. I also took the suggestion to cook it at 250 for 4 hours. During the last 15 minutes I unwrapped the ribs, basted with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and broiled it. They were perfect!
