Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
These are so easy to make and taste amazing! The only changes I made that were suggested by other reviewers was using 1 1/2 sticks of butter and also chilling the peanut butter/graham cracker base layer for 25 minutes before adding the warm chocolate peanut butter layer. I used dark chocolate chips one time, and used the semisweet chips another time (I usually only eat dark chocolate!) and couldn't really notice a difference. My boyfriend loved them and took some to work--his coworkers loved them too. They actually ask for them! They are very addicting.

COOL 'N EASY® Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: May 20, 2009
Very quick and easy and tastes really good!! I didn't measure, but I think I added 1 1/2-2 cups of the chopped strawberries. It worked nicely, otherwise, I think there wouldn't be enough in the pie filling. I was surprised how much filling it did make. I used a bigger shell than the 6 oz, and it worked out perfectly. My boyfriend loved it.

Italian Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: May 20, 2009
i agree with what everyone else has said--you definitely do not need an entire bottle of dressing. half was more than enough! i let it marinate about 6 hours, and cooked on the grill about 7-8 minutes each side...they turned out really well!! barely had to use a knife to cut the meat, and tenderizing and poking the chicken with a fork really helped the chicken absorb all the flavors. will make again for sure!

Ranch Baked Quesadillas

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
Instead of using shredded cooked chicken, I used Oscar Meyer southwestern seasoned chicken grilled chicken strips. For two people, it calls for a 1/2 c, but I probably used about a cup. I also used a quesadilla blend cheese because it had more than just monterey jack cheese in it. I also definitely used more than 1/2 cup of cheese (the amount called for for two people). I omitted the chiles and added some green pepper and red onion, I didn't really measure, but I'd guess it was about 2 1/2 Tbsp. This really added good flavor and tasted amazing with all the melted cheese and chicken. To cut back on calories, I used the "Just 2 Good" Ranch...and you really can't taste the difference. These were SOOOO good! I made them with Lipton spanish rice on the side, and my boyfriend and I loved them!! You must try this recipe!!

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
Really really yummy! I made these for just my boyfriend and I, and used only 2 T. onion, and italian bread which tasted just fine. I cooked these on the georger foreman, and they grilled up nice and fast! I will make these again this week!
