Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese

I used Kraft slices instead of Velveeta, and used 2 cups of macaroni and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Overall, tasted a lot like Velveeta shells, VERY rich. Too rich for an entire standalone meal, but would make a great side dish. Not a replacement for baked mac and cheese as a standalone meal, but still pretty tasty especially considering it takes 10 minutes and is super easy.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

A favourite dish here, served on rice. I use one can cheese soup, one can celery. I find for 2 chicken breasts, it only takes 5 hours on high. Very salty, so not a nutritious choice.

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies

These turned out great. I followed the recipe, except like others, I subbed the baking soda and cream of tartar for 4 tsp. baking powder. I made my cookies quite thick, and 7-8 minutes in a 350 oven was plenty. The dough was not sticky at all, I chilled it overnight and rolled it out between sheets of waxed paper. I baked them on parchment paper, as the sugar could stick to a plain sheet. Mine were in Christmas tree shapes, and they did puff up, but not so much that you couldn't recognize the shapes. Overall, I'm very impressed and will definitely use this as my go-to sugar cookie recipe! Thank you Michelle!!!

Million Dollar Fudge

Amazing and creamy. I cooked it for 8 minutes (starting from the point where it was at a hard boil. For those of you finding it grainy, you probably aren't cooking it over the low heat for long enough. It needs to be cooked over low heat for a good 20 minutes before you bring it up to a boil. I stirred constantly throughout boiling and the sugar dissolving. It was quite a bit of work, but the end result is spectacular.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These did not turn out well for me. They were dry, and tasted kind of strange. I don't claim to be a great baker, so it could just be my technique. Since everyone else is raving, I'm guessing the mistake was on my part. I found many of mine crumbled apart, the dough did not stick together well. Also, the cooking time was much shorter than what was listed. I probably used too much flour or something.

Easy Lasagna II

i cannot cook. but this turned out wonderfully! i didn't use cottage/ricotta cheese, as i dont like them; i just used noodles and meatsauce. was worried about using uncooked noodles, but it turned out fine. i used 2 bottles of spaghetti sauce instead of one.
