Supreme Bolognaise Sauce

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly except did not add the tomato puree. Having never had Bolognaise before I didnt know what it was supposed to taste like, But it was very tasty and very good. I will be making this again. It is like making homemade spaghetti with a twist. :)

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
This is so good and you can really just add what veggies you have on hand. I used yellow squash, zucchini, roma tomatos, and orange bell pepper. I roasted one tomato and put another one in last. I added chicken as we like a meat in every meal if we can. So So good...and I would say you could probally leave out the noodles if you had enough vegtables if your going really healthy. Going on my monthly rotation!

Tomato Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
I put flour, garlic powder, and pepper (no salt) in a bag and then put in the steak and shake bag to get the flour all over the steak. I used sirlion fajita steak so i didnt really have to simmer the steak. after that I followed the recipe besides i used red pepper instead of green, and garlic flavored tomatoes. We ate them in tortillas YUMMY!!! Edit--There is a frozen vegtable bag by BirdEye, broccoli stir-fry that has broccolli, Bell Peppers, and Mushrooms in it. When I dont have fresh I just use this as my vegtables. I have made it 4 times now

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I Used the Marinated Artichoke hearts, I merinated the chicken in a olive oil and Thousand Island dressing for about 10 hours ( wanted to use Italian but thought this was close enough) teh only other thing I did differently is to make it a little more creamier I made a Butter/flour Roux and then slowely added some cream and milk about a cup waited for that to thicken and then added the feta cheese leaving about 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top. It was amazing.. will make over and over again.

This was very good, but next time I will use half the sweetend condensed milk, maybe alittle less water more coffee, more ice, the tastes was fine ( besides a little too sweet) just needed a more icy consistancy

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
I dont know what i did, but the soup came out to sweet to eat. we dipped our sandwitchs in it, but could not eat it. and I forgot the sugar. I just gave it 4 stars because i think it was my fault since everyone else didnt have any of the same type of comments.

Glazed Ham

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
I cooked the Ham in the oven for 8 hours at 160 degrees. It was amazing... but very rich... we ate teh left overs, but took awhile cause it was hard to get past how rich it was... but once again we were pleasently surprised by the left overs. and I also did not use the Liquid Smoke nor the worchishire sauce

Cheese Biscuits

Did not have baking powder so they came out really heavy and amazing. I honesty would suggest doing this, but it only makes 6 biscuits, so if you need more plan for it. I also through in some garlic which rreally added to the flavor

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2008
This was good, I would say make alomst double to parmasian mix. it just didnt seem like that much and i used 5 tilapia steaks. also if you dont care for tilapia i would suggest another white fish becuase it definatly still has that tilapia taste.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
Wow, Absolutely amazing!! I Did put in the orange juice and it taste pretty dang good. If you dont want sticky dough make sure that you use somewhat harder butter, but this will also make fluffy cookies. so if you like the flat cookies then use melted butter and just drop amounts of dough into about a half a cup of sugar and roll around

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2007
I have uses feta cheese which is amazing with the salad, it addes to the flavor rather than take away. I noticed alot of people didnt like the cheese so i would suggest trying feta. as for the apples getting brown if you soak them in lemon water first you wont have that problem.
